Who operates the app

Mama’s Arrows and this website are operated by Donald Waldemar Larsen, a sole proprietor in Washington, United States, using the Hushrush brand. Hushrush is a brand name, not a separate legal entity.

Playing the game

Puzzle progress and preferences stay on your device. Version 1.0 has no account, advertising, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics. It does not send your puzzle progress to the developer, and you do not need an internet connection to play.

Deleting the app can remove its local data. Device backups and Apple services may handle copies separately, according to your Apple settings. We cannot retrieve your local puzzle progress from a server.

Testing with TestFlight

TestFlight is provided by Apple. Apple shares testing information with the developer, which can include your name and email address, device and operating-system details, app usage, crash information, and feedback or screenshots you submit. We use this information to investigate problems and improve the game.

Emailing support

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you attach. We use that information to reply, troubleshoot problems, and handle privacy requests. Support mail is handled through Microsoft 365. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents.

We review support messages and any separately retained testing feedback at least annually. Resolved records are normally deleted within 12 months after the issue is closed, unless they are still needed for an ongoing issue, a legal obligation, or a dispute. You may request earlier deletion. Apple and Microsoft may retain service records or backup copies under their own policies; we cannot control all copies held by those providers.

Visiting this website

The site has no advertising, visitor analytics scripts, external fonts, account, or contact form. Our page code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. The hosting provider may use security mechanisms when necessary to serve and protect the site.

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes request information such as IP addresses and traffic data. Hosting and security processing are separate from the game’s local saves. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can play without emailing us or submitting feedback. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of support information we hold, contact the address above. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required by law. We do not sell support or testing information or use it for targeted advertising.

We do not request personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, let us know so we can address it. Apple’s own TestFlight data controls are described in the link above.

Changes to this policy

This policy covers version 1.0, which is free and has no ads or in-app purchases. If the app’s data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date and provide any notice or choices required before the change applies.
